Your children are bringing a note home this week regarding the Reformation 500 festival service in Madison, WI. Reformation 500 is a really big deal for Christians- particularly Lutheran Christians. None of us will see the next five century celebration, so this is a very special event!
Please consider making plans now to be at our district's celebration on Sunday, October 29. It will be held at Alliant Energy Coliseum at 4:00 pm and over 20,000 worshippers are expected. Three choirs will be singing and all 2-8 graders of St. John's are encouraged to participate. We hope many of our families are able to be part of this wonderful event!
